The associate needed to replace [REDACTED] blank stopper arm onto the load table to do job.

The associate was working on replacing the MERW blank stopper arm onto the load table. The stopper post was not sliding into its mount. The post slipped falling into place pinching their right middle finger between the post and its mount on to the load table. This resulted in a laceration to the right middle finger.
