Walking down a set of stairs.

Operator went up to the third floor in [REDACTED] to check on the hoppers. On her way down she got to the stair landing that leads down to the 2nd floor reactor room as she turned to take a step down she looked up at the same time causing her to lose her balance and slide down the stairs. She was able to get herself to a spot in the reactor room to call another operator for help. When I arrived she looked like she was in severe pain and was unable to move her left leg. CORE was called and their instructions were followed.
