Receiving a truck

The delivery driver for [REDACTED] had a truck that was loaded with two vertical stacks of exterior doors that were roughly 8 deep each on the LH side of a curtain side truck. These two stacks were strapped together and not set to a lean. After the driver released the straps he began pulling the doors off of the truck. After the driver released the straps and removed the first door the entire first stack began to fall toward the driver. The employee attempted to assist but slipped under the weight of the doors. As he tried to move to safety the top left-hand corner of a door struck his left forehead causing a minor contusion without swelling or signs of concussion. The falling door then cut his left cheek.
