Walking into work

This nurse arrived on site for a Nursing Team meeting and parked in the 2nd parking spot to the Right of the lined out area for side walk entrance in front of [REDACTED] at the outer circle of parking for employees. There was a car parked in the spot to the left of this writer 's car. This nurse gathered her belongings and was transitioning up from the driveway to the sidewalk when the planted driveway foot lost traction causing a fall down to the sidewalk. Left leg remained on the driveway and the right leg was up on the sidewalk. Belongings flew from hands. No LOC or head strikes. Fall was unwitnessed but fellow co-worker had seconds before walked past on the sidewalk and did turn around at the sound of the event to ensure the safety of this nurse. This nurse was able to gather her belongings and walk into the building without difficulty. Minor abrasions noted to the bilateral knees not requiring treatment. DON on site and made aware.
