Employee states she went to help another aide with changing a resident. The resident was not very cooperative and was specifically not listening to the other aide. but would listen to to employee. employee asked resident to stand up but resident then acted as if she couldnt stand anymore slowly falling to the ground while holding employees hand this caused employee to hold her full weight as she went from standing position to sitting on the floor and caused hurt in lower back feeling like she pulled something very tight.
