Removing Ceiling tile to look into ceiling for leakage.
What happened
Associate and leader walked to the kitchen to access what lights needed to be changed in the kitchen. Grab his tools and ladder then went to the location. Once he got to the location he removed two ceiling tiles. Once the ceiling tiles were removed he put his hand in the ceiling to touch the back of the housing of the light fixture. From there that 's when he got electrocuted. The power was not turned off. It seems that someone left a live wire
