Walking into the grind line cold room.

The time was [REDACTED] when the EE was walking into the grind line cold room. After a few steps the EE immediately lost their footing and slipped and fell landing on their right side. The EE tried to break the fall by placing their hands at their side. The EE grabbed their right wrist after coming in contact with the floor. Another EE nearby assisted the EE to their feet and left the area to a nearby chair and called for a supervisor. Shift manager arrived shortly after the incident and escorted the EE to the nurses ' station and informed the EHS specialist of the incident. EE was experiencing pain in right wrist area and after consulting with the company nurse the EHS specialist transported the EE to local hospital for further evaluation.
