Employee was attempting to retrieve a motorized pallet jack from it 's charging station located next to a scissor lift.

Employee obtained a motorized pallet jack from it 's charging station but there was a scissor lift located next to it. The employee attempted to bring out the pallet jack and had to maneuver in between the scissor lift and pallets that were staged on the opposite side and as she passed the scissor lift she lost control of the pallet jack because after the investigation was oil on the floor and it veered to the right ramming her into the scissor lift.
