Employee turned agitator on a low speed while checking paint tote viscosity as opposed to turning completely off as normal. Employee used zip tie extension on end of measurement tool to reach further into the tote. While reaching in the tool was caught on the agitator blade resulting with the zip tie wrapping around the employee 's finger.
