What happened
[REDACTED] and [REDACTED] (Warehouse FLC) were restacking a broken pallet. The brown board pallet was broken and the products had fallen off of the pallet. While cleaning the area [REDACTED] accidentally stepped onto one of the broken boards. The broken board had a nail sticking up. THe nail went through his steal toe boot and punctured his foot.
