Employee was pushing a cart into the cath lab

My right shoulder hurt while pushing my cart into Cath Lab on [REDACTED]. I took tylenol that day and the pain did not subside. I waited to heal but on [REDACTED] I decided to go to the ER. They found a strain in my shoulder. I returned to work on [REDACTED] as scheduled and pain remained. On [REDACTED] I returned to the ER and an MRI was done. They noted a tear and inflammation. They said I could return to work on [REDACTED] but should see an orthopedic.
