Grabbed by the arm and elbow by resident who also struck me in the right side of the head as well as pulled my hair on the right side of my head which dropped to the floor. My coworker [REDACTED] helped get the residents grip of my hair loose enough for me to back away. I was also scratched on my right arm where I was originally grabbed.
