Before the incident
My Dr need assistance with opening a 22 gauge [REDACTED] as his hands were full. I pulled the cap off as he held it. Then once the injection was completed I held the cap so that he could recap the needle. I did not feel the scrape of the needle so I am not sure at which point the scrape happened however there was blood and a clear scrape after.
