What happened

I was in room with resident and she told me she needed to go to the bathroom so I took her. I helped her sit down on toilet and sat on the tub in front of her to put the pull up around her ankles. All of a sudden she hit me in the head very hard with her hand. I started crying and holding my head. The pain was horrible. I felt like I was going to pass out. I became very nauseous. I made it out to the nurses station and told the nurse what happened.
