I picked up a box and felt a pull in my arm. As the hours went by the pain got worse. Later I went home but the pain became unbearable—I couldn’t find a comfortable position. I had to go to the hospital where they took X-rays and said I have calcium buildup in my shoulder. To relieve the pain they gave me an injection.
