Building tables

While moving Y-frames and building tables as [REDACTED] walked to get a push broom she tripped over the Y-Fame. She fell on her knees scraping her left knee and bruising her right knee. She felt a sharp pain in her chest. She feels like she may have broken a rib. She feels pain from the front of her chest to the middle of her back. Her pain is progressing getting more painful. She has been lifting with her right arm as lifting with her left arm causes pain a burning feeling from her heart to the middle of her back. She complains that it hurts to sneeze or laugh.
