Employee was cutting 2x4 pcs of wood on the radial arm saw it was determined that once the first piece was cut the employee pulled the piece towards his body and He then proceeded to cut the second piece and When he pulled the saw arm outwoard the teeth of the saw blade grabbed onto the first piece that was cut and jerked it forward and This caused the employee to get his thumb crushed between 2 pcs of wood
