What happened
The employee states there was an I-beam laying incorrectly on a paint cart in his work area. The beam was standing vertical on the flange end and he pushed the beam over with his gloved right hand when the beam fell away from him the clip on the bottom flange hit his ungloved left hand causing a laceration to his little finger that required several stiches.
