Before the incident
TM was changing the heater tape on the line
What happened
TM was changing the heater tape on line when he noticed the heater cap had fell onto the floor. TM bent down to pick up the cap and in doing so place tension on the heater cable causing it to fall off the rail and land on the back of his head causing a laceration. Bleeding was controlled and the TM was sent to the ER to have the laceration evaluated and treatment given. TM received on staple to close the wound.
