Before the incident
Employee was down stacking the items on his pallet to a second pallet.
What happened
EE was in the back of his delivery truck attempting to down-stack product onto a pallet. While doing so EE stepped backward without noticing a pallet positioned behind him. EE tripped over the pallet lost his balance and fell striking the back of his head and lower right back against the truck and sustaining a minimal scrape to his lower right leg.
