The injured employee was using a manual pallet jack to transport approximately 1000 lbs. of preferment from outside the mixing area to the inside of mixing department. While operating the manual forklift he felt a pop on his wrist but continued working. [REDACTED] after arriving home he began experiencing pain in his right wrist. The following day the employee visited the urgent care clinic and notified the employer he would not be able to come to work. It wasn 't until the third day that the employee returned to the employer with a doctors note and the employer became aware the employee was claiming this as a job-related injury.
