On [REDACTED] after brake employee stared cleaning the area to get ready for the end of the day As employee was cleaning the topping of the floor with the shovel employee went to lift it up to the gray square waste bin as employee did that employee felt like her neck popped got done with the cleaning for the day employee went home once she no longer was doing much she stared feeling pain on both of her wrists then the pain was goin up towards the back of her neck on the left side Most of pain is on the left side more then the right Employee has been taking pain medicine it goes away but pain comes back when she opens left hand she cant open her left hand fully all the way because it hurts she is stating it feels like she has a bump on back of her neck on the lower left side
