What happened
EE was assisting a forklift operator who was loading a trailer. The EE was on steps on near the trailer being loaded. It was raining and that caused the working surface he was on to become slippery. He fell from trailer to the ground. He was taken to safety office for evaluation. Once identified that the EE needed further assistance he was taken to a clinic before being referred to ER for diagnostics.
