What happened
Operator had just finished replacing a proxy on PL24 upper cell. Another operator asked him what and how he did what he did. To prevent stopping a running line for training the operator decided to use Pl22 to show what he had done since it was currently down. After opening the cell door and placing both feet on the black belt he felt the shock hit him. The witness helped remove him from the cell and report the incident. He struggled to get to the office and was seen by an ERT. After doing what they could for him his breathing and discomfort did not go away. EMT was called and the operator was transported to the hospital for additional care.
