Walking down the hallway

I was assisting the patient from laying down to sitting up to edge of the bed to work on his sitting balance. The patient needed a lot of help to achieve a sitting position. The patient was struggling to sit up and I had to give him a lot of physical help. After working with the patient later in the day I had a little pain in my left lower abdomen.
