EE was heading to their third break heading South bound on the East side of the building EE attempted to adjust their foot position on the standup lift truck they were operating when the dead man switch engaged from the reduction of pressure this threw the EE off balance causing them to grasp at the controls of the lift truck to regain their balance subsequently causing the loss of control resulting in the incident EE sustained contusions to left hand just in front of the wrist and to the left leg just below the knee
