What happened
A team member reported that he was disposing of what he believed to be bad acid as he did not want to mix it with the good acid. To do so he transported the container to the sub-pump area for disposal. During the process while attempting to replace the grate over the disposal area the grate slipped from his hands. This caused the acid to splash resulting in the substance coming into contact with his face.
