What happened
Lifting trash bag overfilled with heavy soiled briefs. The bag is only emptied once weekly when the room is cleaned.
Injury or illness
Lifted a large bag of wet soiled briefs from a tall kitchen garbage can. Felt sharp pain from lower back up to neck and head. Pain continued to progressively get worse so I made an appt to see my primary care doctor. She referred me to physical therapy. I 've had one treatment and am scheduled for another next week.
