While making a slide and pulling back on the syringe the syringe slipped out of hand.

Employee had a hard time sticking a patient and nurse came over to assist. After she stuck the Pt. she turned around and nurse was behind her and she was stuck in the lateral side of 5th finger. Finger was immediately cleaned and patient referred to ERP
