Driving a fleet vehicle

Employee was taking an exit from the highway. There was a semi truck in front of him and a driver behind him as they were all approaching a stoplight. The truck in front took a right turn on a red light. Employee approached the light but noticed a police was approaching the intersection from an adjacent street. Employee stopped to allow the police car to pass through the intersection. The driver behind Employee then struck his driver side rear bumper and break light. Employee initially felt very tight and slightly off balance. The next day he still had pain in his lower back and neck.
