As one associate was pushing the scissor lift [REDACTED] was pulling from the opposite end. The associate was pushing faster than [REDACTED] was moving his feet resulting in the lift wheel to pass over his right foot toes. [REDACTED] identified immediate discomfort after equipment passed over his right foot.
