What happened
EE was driving the pack mule delivering lids to the lines. The fan slipped and was no longer directed toward the EE. The EE went to adjust the fan direction and her right ring finger went through the fan guard and came into contact with the metal blades of the fan. EE suffered a cut to the tip of the right ring finger.
