I was working a normal shift on [REDACTED] I helped several patients turnreposition and ambulate to and from the chair I was having a normal shift Around [REDACTED] I helped room 333 to the best of my memory I am a float nurse so I struggle with remembering exactly the numbers patients first name is [REDACTED] from the chair to the bed and I felt a bit of a strain in my lower back I informed the charge nurse and got a heat pack and sat down to chart for about 30 minutes When I stood up from the chair that was quite low but the only option available at the time I started to feel something similar to sciatica pain radiating into my right hip The pain was bearable and I felt that I could continue to work and the heat pack was helping Around approximately 1700 I was able to assist the tech in turning room 337 [REDACTED] I believe who is a large obese male and provide incontinent care as he requires 2 people to assist At this time my pain was still present but not unbearable Immediately fol
