Walking to back of trailer and then he opened the ramp door.

Opened ramp door that did not have cable attached to the door or the spring assist. Door fell on the top of the employee 's back knocking him down to the concrete floor and landing on his left ankle.

Tenderness over left lateral malleolus. Contusion along with bruising and scrapes to his neck and upper back. Scraps on his left leg and ankle.
