Operating an EPJ cleaning trash out of the areas.

[REDACTED] was operating an electric pallet jack in the pack line area at the end of the lines entering in a one way traffic location the wrong direction while attempting to pick up trash from the end of the lines. As he entered the area [REDACTED] was working in the same general area emptying the lines of the packed and palleted material. The two drove towards each other until they nearly collided when [REDACTED] jumped up in the air expecting a collision. [REDACTED] then got off the electric pallet jack and [REDACTED] proceeded around him.
