Before the incident
EE first perform an inspection on the oil tank #1 in the [REDACTED] Tank Farm and ensured that the oil tank #1 was completely empty. He opened all drain valves making sure that there was no flow of any oil coming out and checking the pressure sensor for any indications of level. As EE was uninstalling the man door to oil tank #1 for cleaning purposes the last few nuts and bolts left were still tight so EE unbolted the nuts and oil came rushing out splashing all over his face and body. EE showered right away and was kept there for 15min and was rushed to an emergency to seek medical attention. The other EE did get a little bit of oil splashed on his left shoulder EE was able to wash off immediately and change to a clean uniform.
