Plugging in the Sump Pump

EE stated they were plugging in the sump pumps at the bunker in [REDACTED] when they completed doing that they turned around to see if they were working properly. As the ee was turning around they tripped fell and landed on their left wrist. EE stated that they were unsure what they tripped on. They didnt see anything at the time. EE thinks it happened on the gravel and they turned too quickly.
