What happened
Associate reported that at approximately [REDACTED] they were in [REDACTED] trying to reach for a box on the second level when the pallet slid over and crushed their hand between the metal railing and the wooden pallet. The associated reported that they continued to work until he got to his trailer and noticed that blood was seeping through their gloves. The associated stated they he began to feel the sharp pain and thats when they reported the incident to their Supervisor.
