While reinstalling pit bumper on SUV caught right hand fingers between the plastic bumper and internal bumper mount. Hand was yanked out of the bumper and felt a pull inside of the wrist and began to get warm. Attempted to tighten a bolt after incident and had sharp pain in wrist.
