Employee was walking down the stairs from the building to meet his ride home.

Employee was carrying his walking stick and wearing a backpack while walking down the stairs. He misjudged the stairs and missed the last step falling and landing on his back. Employee didn 't think the injury was serious at first but the next day the pain increased.
