What happened
Project Team Lead and another team member were moving a cart into an open-top scrap trailer. During the task Project Lead had his hand positioned on the inside wall of the tailer. As the other team member advanced the cart the Lead 's finger became pinched between the cart and the trailer wall. The pinch caused swelling bleeding and limited movement of the finger.
