What happened
EE stated he was in the process of changing a hydraulic cylinder on a welder first stage upper rear. He had gotten all hoses off and barrel and tip removed; He was attempting to remove the cylinder by removing or taking the nut off. The pipe wrench slipped and finger was pinched between the door of the welder which caused a cut to left-hand pinky finger
