Staging wine cases in wine warehouse.
What happened
An employee had staged a dolly with wine cases near a roll up door. Another employee than hit the switch to open the warehouse door. At this point the injured employee noticed that the bottom of the dolly caught the lip of the door and began tipping over the dolly. In an attempt to catch the dolly the injured employee lunged towards the dolly to stabilize it but took an awkward step resulting in an audible pop in left knee.
