surgeon used hypo needle and recapped then placed on mayo stand scrub tech went to grab hypo off mayo stand to put on back table and got poked needle was poked through cap of hypo. Scrub followed proper protocol (scrubbed out scrubbed hands used iodine). Circulator called charge nurse and charge called house sup.
