What happened
After entering the patient 's vitals into the computer I slid the keyboard back under desk. As I went to get up from the stool my knee bumped into the keyboard tray. I attempted to reposition myself to avoid hitting it again and as I stood up and turned my body pivoted the left. However my leg did not move with the rest of my body due to its position causing my knee to twist. At that moment I felt a pull and pop.
