[REDACTED] at outpatient Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine Clinic presented to suite 304 and reported to Clinic RNs that she was having difficulty breathing and needed albuterol. She reported that she was exposed to a strong perfume in the Pulmonology clinic lobby that resulted in s s bronchospasm. She reported concern that she is experiencing laryngeal spasm and has a hx of allergic reactions to multiple triggers including scents.She declined epi or EMS at that time. [REDACTED] checked spO2 (-90 Pct.) and HR (-100). [REDACTED] obtained clinic emergency medications and patient 's epi pen. Dr. [REDACTED] presented to the scene. [REDACTED] assisted patient to take -5 puffs of albuterol (clinic supplied) with spacer under the guidance of Dr. [REDACTED] who also conducted a brief pulmonary assessment.
