What happened

I had an itch on the top of my foot and placed my foot on my desktop to apply itch cream which I keep on a shelf behind me. While my foot was placed on the desktop I leaned back in my chair to grab the itch cream and my desk chair slid out from underneath me. My right bottom cheek developed a large bruise from landing on the legs of the chair and my upper back sustained some bruising from landing on the metal waste basket behind me. My head slammed into the wall behind me and it felt like I hyper-extended my neck. My chin was touching my chest. I was able to get off the floor and ambulate my right bottom cheek was my biggest concern at the time due to the bruising I did not feel head or neck pain. Upon getting off the floor I briefly felt dizzy but was okay after about 3 minutes. It is now [REDACTED] my bottom and back feel mostly recovered just a bit sore but I have had a consistent headache that I have been alleviating with ibuprofen.
