What happened
I was entering info into the computer when I vaguely heard someone ask for help it was faint but enough to catch my attention. I went and peered down our long hall aisle and saw [REDACTED] on the ground. I rushed up to her and asked her what happened. She said she had fallen I asked if she wanted help up and she said she was still in too much pain. She said she fell on her hip I noticed her left leg was a but tilted turned outward. She could not straighten it so her knee was pointing up. After a 5 minutes she was still in a lot of pain so I went and got help from a Nurse on ICU we would have called rapid response but there were 2 codes in the [REDACTED]. We helped her into a wheelchair and I wheeled her down to ED.
