Seeing a patient

Leaving patients home. I was walking along the pathway to the door there is a small about a 3 inch lip from the pathway to the driveway. I glanced down at my phone and felt my ankle roll off the lip falling onto the ground. Sat up took off my shoe and saw my ankle was swollen. Waited about 45 seconds to a minute and a resident came out. Asked for that person to go get an employee. I became sweaty and lightheaded laid down and waited for it to pass. Sat back up and became lightheaded and sweaty again. After that passing I got up and attempted to put weight through my ankle and was not able to put any weight through the joint. The caregiver got a walker and their driveway is steep. I was not able to hop up the driveway. They went and got a wheelchair and they wheeled me up to my vehicle. I then drove myself to the ER where someone I knew met and assisted me with getting a wheelchair and was seen and evaluated.
