What happened
Around [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was opening small bottles of milk and complained of shoulder pain that she said was from previous employment from lifting and storing heavy boxes. [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] I received a text that she had gone to urgent care for her shoulder as it was extremely painful at the end of the shift. She stated that she could not lift her arm or move it without additional pain. She noted that she was put in a sling. Noted that Dr. suspects a torn rotator cuff and or muscle. She was referred to an Ortho Dr. She was given pain meds and a shot of Toridal. She stated that the pain began around [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] is a per diem and does not have any upcoming shifts scheduled at least through [REDACTED] as she left for multi-state travel on [REDACTED].
